About Us
Learn more about our history, publications, and research team dedicated to advancing knowledge.
We are a team of researchers from the Technical University of Valencia (Universitat Politècnica de València – UPV) with many years of experience in Information Retrieval and related subjects. Our laboratory is located at the UPV campus and it is part of the Valencian Research Institute for Articifial Intelligence (VRAIN).
The researchers
Our research institute is formed from more than 100 researchers. Our research group leads information retrieval projects with a subteam of researchers specialized on content extraction and scraping:
- Josep Silva Galiana (PhD Associate Professor). Personal website.
- Julián Alarte Aleixandre (PhD Adjunct Professor). Personal website.
- Carlos Galindo Jiménez (PhD Research Associate). Personal website.
